Scope of the Agreement

w4444 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides live casino, sports betting, slot games, and other gaming entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. This Agreement creates a legally binding relationship between you and w4444.

By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms.

Right to Modify Terms

Age Requirement

One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as misuse of bonus benefits and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated funds.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a breach of this Agreement. w4444 may request identity documents, bank statements, or other records for verification at any time.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for any transactions or gaming activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify w4444 immediately.

Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method at w4444 is ৳200. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Account identity verification must be completed.
• It is preferable that the deposit method and withdrawal method are the same.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met.
• Additional verification may be required in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

Bank Transfer

Welcome Bonus

New members at w4444 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 would attract the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Restrictions & Cancellation

w4444 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the following circumstances:

• Claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus system or abnormal betting patterns.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.

VIP Program

w4444's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming and betting activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

w4444 has the right to modify or discontinue VIP benefits. Cashback is credited directly to the account balance and is withdrawable under specific conditions.

Betting Responsibility

Every bet placed on w4444 is made at the member's own will and responsibility. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Members are advised to avoid investing disproportionately large amounts in betting activity.

Sports Betting

w4444's sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. While matches such as Bangladesh vs India are mentioned as examples, no guarantee is given regarding specific dates or outcomes. All odds are subject to change and are determined according to market conditions.

Technical Errors

w4444 reserves the right to review and verify the outcome of any bet or game affected by software errors, server outages, or communication failures. Bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds may be cancelled and the stake returned.

Match Fixing & Anti-Fraud Policy

Involvement in match fixing, use of insider information, or any kind of fraudulent betting activity will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds. Relevant authorities may be notified where necessary.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Platform Availability

Liability for Gaming Losses

Third-Party Services

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and w4444. Any prior oral or written understandings are superseded by this agreement.
